Change of Mind Returns

At Northern Suburbs Water Filters, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about a product, you may return it within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is:

  • Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • In resalable condition with all original accessories and manuals included.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note: Change of mind returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your product is faulty, damaged in transit, or does not perform as expected, please contact us immediately at info@northernsuburbswaterfilters.com.au with:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photos, if applicable.

We will assess the situation and provide a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Claims

Most of our products come with manufacturer warranties. For any warranty claims, please provide proof of purchase and detailed information about the fault. We will liaise with the manufacturer to ensure a resolution as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items if they have been opened or used:

  • Water filters, cartridges, and replacement filters.
  • Custom orders or special-order items.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
